All returns must be authorized by us in advance. Please contact our customer service department to obtain a return authorization number before returning any merchandise. Any unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
Returns Process
Returns must be made within 30 days of the invoice date. All returned products must be in their original packaging and in new, resalable condition.
Conditions for Returns

Shipping Costs
The customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with returns, unless the return is due to our error. We recommend that you use a shipping service with tracking and insurance for your protection.
Refunds
Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment within 30 days of receiving the returned merchandise. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
Additional Fees
We reserve the right to charge a restocking fee for any returns that are not due to our error or a defective product. The restocking fee will be based on the condition of the returned merchandise.
